Requirement:
Take and pass a DLES session prior to registering for an e-Learning IMM, CMM or WWW course at MCC.  Only students who have successfully completed a course of this type are exempt.  No exceptions.

Procedure:
Select an e-Learning Preparedness Session (DLES) from the schedule at the bottom of this page.

Register for a DLES session prior to attempting to register for an e-Learning course. Dual-enrolled high school students must contact their high school counselor.

Students may take one DLES session FREE of CHARGE.  Retakes will be charged a $25 fee.

DLES Sessions are conducted on-line through BlackBoard.mcc.edu .  Students should allow 24 hours for Blackboard enrollment to be complete after registering for a DLES class.

Sessions are available for access beginning at midnight of the Start Date.  To begin this session go to BlackBoard.mcc.edu , Click on 'here' to find your user name  and password, then login and start the session. Sessions take approximately four hours to complete depending upon student skill level and speed of the Internet connection.

Students must complete the class by the End Date of the section and receive an “S” to register for an e-learning course.

Grades are posted on WebAdvisor on a daily basis.  A student must correctly answer 80% or better to receive an “S” Satisfactory grade.  The “S” or “U” Unsatisfactory will appear on the student’s transcript but does not affect the GPA.

Upon receipt of a Satisfactory grade, students may register for any IMM, CMM, or WWW e-learning course during the open registration period.
